Ordering

Lavin is a wholesale business and does not currently sell direct to consumers via our website.  We encourage you to purchase through our online retail partner, www.quorumhome.com or through an interior designer that carries our Lavin branded products.

Please fill out the online Trade Partner Application form in its entirety (Trade Partner Application link, click here) and a Lavin account specialist will contact you within 1-2 business days to complete your request and set up your link within the portal.

New accounts will need to submit the following:

  • Online application in its entirety.
  • Federal Tax ID # / State Issued Resale Certificate
  • Payment Method: ACH Form or Credit Card Authorization Form signed and dated.
  • Credit Card payments will be charged a standard 3.5% handling fee.

As a Lavin Trade Partner, you will receive the following Partner Perks: 

- Trade level discounted pricing on all purchases with no minimums required. Your Trade Level type will be determined upon the information provided in your online application.  Trade Partner Account Level Types:

  • Partner
  • Designer
  • Retailer
  • Hospitality

- A dedicated customer service and sales member will partner with you to curate the perfect assortment for your client’s needs and assist you with the necessary resources for growing your business with Lavin Rugs.  

- Trade Level discounted pricing on all purchases. Price discounts are based on the Trade Partner Customer Level assigned to your account.

- No minimum purchase amount required.

- Exclusive previews of new collections and invitations to trade events only.

- Dedicated customer service and sales specialists will be available to assist and curate the perfect assortment for your client or project needs and assist with the necessary resources for growing your business with Lavin Rugs.

- Sample corner swatches in 16”x16” and 12”x12” sizes are available free of charge. Fixed Rate Standard Ground Shipping fees applied (see Shipping Terms – Samples).

Once your Trade Partner Account has been established, you will receive a portal login to the website, where your Trade Partner Account type and level of discounted pricing will be available.

Yes, we do offer samples.

  • 16” x 16” and 12” x 12” corner samples (sizes vary depending on construction method) are available free of charge.    Samples reduce the client rate of return, as they can see the exact colors, feel the texture and pile height of the rug. Sample corner swatches in 16”x16” and 12”x12” sizes are available free of charge.

  • Fixed Rate Standard Ground Shipping fees applied (see Shipping Terms – Samples click here).

 The 2’x3’ rugs can be purchased at your discounted price if your client wishes to have a larger sample size and view the design of the rug in its entirety prior to purchasing a full-sized rug.

There is no order minimum requirement.

Shipping & Returns

You will be able to track your shipment status via the online portal under your Trade Partner Account login information Please reach out to customersupport@lavinrugs.com if you are experiencing any difficulties.

Lavin accepts returns based on several conditions and policies, within 14 to 30 days depending on the circumstance.  All damage or shortage claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery receipt.  Click here for detailed instructions on all returns and claims filing policies.

All returns must have a Lavin RMA# assigned by a Lavin Customer Service specialist, by calling 855.455.2846, or emailing customersupport@lavinrugs.com .

You can check stock on any item by logging into your account, visiting any product detail page and referencing the inventory table.

  • To check stock availability, log into your online portal, and reference the product item number to view real time on hand stock levels, and future replenishment qualities and dates.

Our showroom is located in the IHFC building in downtown High Point, North Carolina. We are in Commerce wing, suite C-212. The showroom is only open to the trade during Market dates.
