Lavin Rugs is a wholesale business that deals directly with B2B partners thru our Trade Partner Program. If you are a
business owner with a Tax Id#/Resale Certificate, we welcome you to open a Lavin Trade Partner account. Lavin does offer the option to shop our rugs at our online retail partner, Quorum Home. Click on the “Buy Now” button at the bottom of each product page, to be redirected to www.quorumhome.com for retail purchasing options.

Register for a trade account, once approved, you can add any item to your cart. Once you build your cart and are ready to submit, simply fill out the submission form details and submit. A customer service specialist will reach back out to you immediately to process payment, confirm shipping, and provide you with your final order confirmation. Tracking will be provided for easy monitoring of your delivery.

Please fill out the online Trade Partner Application form in its entirety (Trade Partner Application link, click here) and a Lavin account specialist will contact you within 1-2 business days to complete your request and set up your link within the portal.

New accounts will need to submit the following:

• Online application in its entirety.
• Federal Tax ID # / State Issued Resale Certificate
• Payment Method: ACH Form or Credit Card Authorization Form signed and dated.
• Credit Card payments will be charged a standard 3.5% handling fee.

One account, Trade accounts are set up for authorized resellers only. With this account you can view order history, trade pricing, inventory and place orders directly to Lavin. The other type of account is a web only account. This account type allows you to create and save wish lists to share with others. Retail customers are welcome to open a web account.

Yes, we do offer samples.

• 16” x 16” and 12” x 12” corner samples (sizes vary depending on construction method) are available free of charge.    Samples reduce the client rate of return, as they can see the exact colors, feel the texture and pile height of the rug. Sample corner swatches in 16”x16” and 12”x12” sizes are available free of charge.

• Fixed Rate Standard Ground Shipping fees applied (see Shipping Terms – Samples click here).

 The 2’x3’ rugs can be purchased at your discounted price if your client wishes to have a larger sample size and view the design of the rug in its entirety prior to purchasing a full-sized rug.

There is no order minimum requirement.

Lavin accepts returns based on several conditions and policies, within 14 to 30 days depending on the circumstance.  All damage or shortage claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery receipt.  Click here for detailed instructions on all returns and claims filing policies.
